He is survived by: his wife Patricia Olshausky; his sons, Peter Prejsnar (Susan) of New Castle, David Prejsnar (Toni) of New Castle and Michael Prejsnar of New Castle; his grandchildren, Jared, Alexis and Priscilla; and his great grandchild Brady.
