We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2022, at the age of 73, Ruth D. Phillips of Shenango, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Bridges and Vera Heims; and her siblings, John Bridges and Vera Allwine. She is survived by: her husband Russell A. Phillips; her children, Diana Shaffer (Randy) and Timothy Phillips (Sherri); her siblings, Kenny Bridges, Rudy Bridges (Regina) and Lila Shaner; her grandchildren, Bryan Shaffer (Kyley), Kalin Richardson, Brandon Shaffer (Devyn) of Bradley Shaffer, T. J and Brittany Bordeux (Clay); and her pet Dakota. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
