She is survived by: her mother Hazel Andrushchenko (Monk); her daughters, Sasha Slaughter (Alex) of Jacksonville, NC and Lissi Gleghorn of Jacksonville, NC; her close friend Alan Barker of Shenango Twp; her sister Mary Lou Andrushchenko of Bessemer, PA; her niece Emma Andrushchenko of Wexford, PA; her grandchildren, Sloane Young and Leland Slaughter; and also Alan Barker, Jr. of Summerville, SC.
