He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert S. Dando, Sr. and Thelma M. Calabrese Dando; his children, Kristi Whitmore (Jesse), Larry Dando, Jr. (Robin) and Thomas Dando; and his brother Robert Dando, Jr. (Sandra). He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
