With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay McNeil (Shenango, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McNeil and Anne McNeil (Jones); his children, Patrick McNeil and Tracy Hutchens; and his sister Bette O'Dell.
He is survived by: his children, Michael McNeil (Lana) of Abilene, TX, Terry Dunevant (Tony) of Greenville, OH, Kelly McNeil-Korba (Scott) of New Castle and Linda Owens (James) of New Castle. He is also survived by five step children, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren.
