He is survived by: his parents, Jason Streckeisen and Angela Streckeisen (Bradford); his wife Hayley Streckeisen (Avena) of Shenango; his children, Rosalynn Jean and Levi Jason-Richard Streckeisen; his brother Jorden Streckeisen (Miranda) of Ellwood City; his grandparents, Pauline Bradford of Winchester, VA and Jackie Streckeisen of Ellwood City; his nephew Everett Streckeisen; his niece Everleigh Streckeisen; his brother-in-law Rocco Avena; his mother-in-law Kelley Avena; and his close friends, Ty Karlin and Evan DeStefano.
