He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brandt and Florence McElwain Brandt; and his siblings, William Brandt and Esther Brain. He is survived by: his son Scott Minner (Connie) of New Castle; his grandson Joshua Minner (Mary); and his great grandchildren, Anissa, Airelle and Skyler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
