She is survived by: her parents, Charles T. and Elizabeth McClimans Welk; her children, Kathy Charlene Yuengert (David) of Othello, Marybeth Shaffer (Brian Lang) of Columbiana and Jon Shaffer (Jennifer) of Chardon; and her brother Ken Welk (Dorothy) of Cortland. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
