He was predeceased by: his parents, John Plaufcan and Katherine Klenotic Plaufcan; his wife Rosemary A. Benincase; and his brother Bob Klenotic. He is survived by: his children, George Plaufcan, Jr. of New Castle, Julie DiVitto (John) of North Canton and Andrea Plaufcan (Norman Panella) of New Castle; and his siblings, John Plaufcan of Akron, Kathy Plaufcan of Butler, Alberta Roundtree of New Castle and Delores Roesen of Butler. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
