Moffatt of Shenango, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene V. Moffatt, Sr. and Elizabeth Moffatt (Hink); his son Douglas Eugene Moffatt; and his brother Raymond Moffatt. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Moffatt (Lipp); his grandchildren, Brittany Edgerton (Daniel) of Edinburg, Danielle Tanner (Ryan) of New Castle and Justin Moffatt of Union Twp; his great grandchildren, Chase, Aubree and Ryann; and his brothers, Robert Moffatt (Patricia) of Shenango Twp and Sidney Moffatt (Nancy) of Shenango Twp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
