With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Wehr of Shenango, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2024 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wehr and Bertha Wehr (Salony). He is survived by: his wife Sherry L. Wehr (Cameron); his daughters, Nikki W. Christopher (Gabriel) and Alisa A. Best (Dennis) of Mercer, PA; his grandsons, Gabriel, Michael Christopher, Wyatt and Hunter Best; and his sisters, Barbara Saad (Ted), Kathy Sabrin (Jerry), Mary Lisovitch (Mark) and Susan Pietromonaco (Pat). He is also survived by four nieces and ten nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, Inc. (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Vitus Church's. Mercer (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
