Phillips (Shenango, Pennsylvania), born in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Powell and Florence E. Powell (Holby); and her sisters, Shirley Cupic and JoAnn Rust. She is survived by: her children, Robin L. Strohmeyer (Greg), Robert W. "Bob" Phillips (S. C.) and Rodney A. Phillips (Diane); her grandchildren, Taylor, Gregory, Abbey Strohmeyer, Grant, Felecia and Jake Phillips; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Braelynn and Maxton; her brothers, Howard Powell (Janet) and Raymond Powell (JoAnn); her brother-in-law Wayne Rust; and her son Michael McFarland. She is also survived by her parents and her husband.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to First Assembly of God Church, 1455 N. Keel Ridge Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148.
