She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Zak and Shirley Fortney Zak; her husband Mark F. DePietro Sr.; and her sisters, Edith Zak, Joan Graham and Shirley Milnes.
She is survived by: her children, Mark DePietro (Claudia) of Neshannock Twp and Amanda Andrews; her granddaughter Cloey Andrews; and her sisters, Linda Mayberry (Gary) of Shenango Twp and Theodora Stephenson (Carl) of Shenango Twp.
