He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Andrews and Silvia McWithey Andrews; his siblings, Lester and Beverly Kelly; and his stepsister Sharon Stanyard.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Marchette; his children, Shawn (Christie), Duane, Donald Andrews, Donetta Andrews, Skylar Andrews and Brittany Aldrich (Colton); and his siblings, Sandra Barkey, Douglas (Kelly), Dennis and Timothy Andrews (Billie-Jo). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
