It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Caulfield of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, born in Lost Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Caulfield and Anna Caulfield (Carey); his wife Florence A. Caulfield (Perlinsky); his brother Joseph Caulfield; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy, George Zelenak and Walter McCauley.
He is survived by: his children, Francine Blouch (Keith) of Pottsville and William J. Caulfield, Jr. (Lori Setcavage) of Harrisburg; his siblings, Francis Caulfield (Donna Lally) of Girardville and Mary Link (William) of Duncannon; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann McCauley of Pottsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
