He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Polosky and Mary Polosky (Chismar); his brother Richard Polosky; and his parents-in-law, Victor and Eleanor Marconi (Vivacqua).
He is survived by: his wife Victoria A. "Vickie" Marconi; his children, Nicole Miller (Brandon) of Rebuck and Gregory Polosky of Frederick, Maryland; his grandson Bearhett Miller; his sister Marie Wojcik (Martin) of Philadelphia; his sisters-in-law, Marianne McAndrew (Thomas) of Ashland and Michele Marconi Marnell of Ashland; and his sister Judy Canavan (Danny) of Frackville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
