She was predeceased by: her parents, Wincenty Sielicki and Jadwiga Sielicki (Sosnowski); her husband Adam J. Kurtz; her son Attorney Robert A. Kurtz; and her sisters, Dorothy Wawro and Stella Ashfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Huss (Frank) and Karen Krol (Ronald). She is also survived by five grandchildren; great grandchildren; a niece and several nephews.
