She is survived by: her sons, Walter Cieslukowski (Deborah) of Harrisburg and Peter Cieslukowski of Shenandoah; her grandchildren, Kevin, Brian Cieslukowski and Candace Walsh; and her sister Margaret Tomchick of Shenandoah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
