She is survived by: her son Thomas Tarlecky of Schuylkill Haven; her grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Rachael, Denny, Samantha, Destrie, Sabryn, Korra, Joseph Jr., Ella and Ava J.; and her sister Roseanne Hoinski of Hamburg. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
