She was predeceased by: her parents, John Majkowski and Stella Majkowski (Wonderlick); her husband John P. "Johnny Letko" Letcavage; her sons, Robert M. "Robbie" Letcavage and John P. Letcavage Jr.; and her siblings, Paul, Albert Majkowski and Irene Woodburn.
She is survived by: her children, Janice (Jeffrey Bradbury) of Shenandoah Heights, Cheryl Kleinz (Kevin) of Rutland, Vermont and Stephen Letcavage (Theresa) of Mahanoy City; and her grandchildren, Tammy Cooper (Ken) of Pottsville, Jerome, Michael, Brianne, Patrick, Caroline, Meghan, Justin, Stephen and Joseph. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
