We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2024, at the age of 70, William J. Waugaman Sr. of Shelocta, Pennsylvania, born in Allegheny, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Waugaman, (Jasper) and Roy H. Waugaman, Jr.; his wife Cathy Jean Waugaman (Skinner); and his siblings, Roy H. Waugaman III and Barbara J. Waugaman.

He is survived by: his children, William J. Waugaman Jr. (Nikki) of Eau Claire and Rebecca "Becky" Waugaman of Kittanning; his grandsons, Jake, Luke, Dylan, Dave and Alex; and his sister Nancy L. Wofford (Jeff) of Worthington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to Christ Lutheran Church, 205 Gastown Rd, Shelocta, PA 15774.
