She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul H. Fisher and Ellen Fisher (Nelson); her husband Harvey R. Frailey; her grandson Kevin H. Miller; her son-in-law Greg McKissick; her siblings, Paul Fisher, Robert Fisher, William Fisher and Dorothy Walker; and her sisters-in-law, Mabel Clawson (Gerald) and Elcy Frailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Miller (Terry) of Ford City, Linda McKissick of Shelocta and Karen Clark (Vernon) of Ford City; her grandchildren, Kristi Berthold (Jesse), Tyson McKissick (Brandi), Tara Hallof (Aaron), Alyssa Hagofsky (Brandon) and Garrett Clark (Julia Allen); her great grandchildren, Addison, Chase Berthold, Bryar, Kavin Hallof and Baby Hagofsky; her siblings, Richard Fisher of Chambersburg, PA, Margaret "Peg" Gould of Dayton, Shirley Ferringer (Paul) of Cochranton and Bonnie Blystone of Home, PA; and her brothers-in-law, Delbert Frailey of Shelocta and Ron Frailey (Sandy) of Shelocta. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
