With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert William Niebauer of Shelocta, Pennsylvania, born in Barnesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Niebauer and Elizabeth Niebauer (Adams); his wife Janice L. Niebauer (Cable); his siblings, Gary Niebauer (Karen), Diana Onuscheck (Bill), Donna Thomas (Randy) and Mary Ellen Neely (Jack); and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Wanda Cable. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
