He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ruth Lukehart (Silvis); his sons, Randy D. Lukehart (Jacque) of Ford City, Ronald M. Lukehart (Carol) of Ford City and Robert P. Lukehart (Joy) of Shelocta; his siblings, Ken Lukehart (Donna) of Mineral Ridge, OH and Ardel Koedel of Saltsburg; his grandson Ben Lukehart (Lane) of Shelocta; his great grandchildren, Austin, Mason and Hayden; his grandson Adam Lukehart (Tia) of Ford City; his great grandchild Isaac; his grandchildren, Greg Calhoun (Heather) of Dayton, Wade Calhoun (Paulina) of Kittanning and Melissa Lukehart George (David) of Shelocta; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Ty and Alimae; his granddaughter Danielle Lukehart Eshbaugh (Kevin) of Ford City; his great grandchildren, Kohlt, Deklyn, Miranda and Jolee; his grandchild Nicki Taylor (Ryan) of Pittsburgh; his great grandchild Maeverie; his grandson Brian Lukehart (Crissy) of Shelocta; and his great grandchildren, Waylon and Liam.
