Moffa Jr. of Greensburg and Janeen Moffa of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Damon, Carson Moffa, Addison and Ava Toy; his sisters, Veronica Wallace of Delmont and Charlene Rose (Joseph) of Greensburg; and his pet Ada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
