He was predeceased by: his parents, Eston M. Harper and Naomi Harper (Weston); and his sister Velma J. Foster. He is survived by: his wife Terri L. Harper (Marshall); his children, Scott E. Harper (Kelly) of Indiana and Christa M. Haire (Adam) of Blairsville; his grandchildren, Aden, Mason, Trevor Haire, William and Ellie June Harper; his siblings, Norman E. Harper (Donna) of Blairsville, Darius L. Harper (Julie) of Homer City, Duane L. Harper (Valerie) of Homer City, David A. Harper (Tracy) of Indiana, Ronald K. Harper of Indiana, Gerald R. Harper (Garry) of Punxsutawney, Jeffrey C. Harper of Indiana, Brian L. Harper (Kara) of Indiana, Vonnie M. Boyer (Gary) of Shelocta, Laura A. Delaney (Chris) of Palmer and Sharon I. Kuntz (Jack) of Saltsburg; his parents-in-law, Rick and Diane Marshall of Shelocta; his sister-in-law Tammy J. Stiles of Indiana; and his pets, Max and Micky.
