He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Harris, Sr. and Edith Harris (Gearhart); his sisters, Edith and Margie; and his nephew Donald III.
He is survived by: his wife Twila (Carnahan); and his children, Lori Harris, Judy O'Connell (Dennis) and John Harris (Susan). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
