He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koffman, Jr. and Betty Koffman (McKinney) of Shelocta. He is survived by: his children, Tammy L. Groff (Jesse) of Elders-Ridge and Jeremy A. Koffman of Aultman; his grandchildren, Kenzie Groff, Hayden Koffman and Holden Koffman; and his siblings, Raymond Koffman (Ronda), Gloria Brown (Jaime) and Beverly Caratelli (Frank). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
