She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet J. Skinner, (Foltz) and Ronald L. Skinner, Sr.; her brother Ronald L. Skinner, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Sharon Skinner. She is survived by: her husband William J. "Bill" Waugaman; her children, William J. Waugaman Jr. (Nikki) of Eau Claire and Becky Waugaman (Andy Rupert) of Kittanning; her grandsons, Jake, Luke, Dylan, Dave and Alex; her sister-in-law Nancy Wofford Worthington (Jeff); and her nieces and nephews, Kiersten Wofford (Shannon), Kourtney Wofford, Jamie Waugaman, Morgan Skinner, Megan Skinner, Katie Skinner, Nate Pyles, Andrew Skinner and Austin Waugaman.
