Amos W. Ferrier Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amos W. Ferrier of Shelocta, Pennsylvania, born in Commodore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Seward B. Ferrier and Lila Ferrier (Rager); his granddaughter Tabitha Bills; and his siblings, Joe, Walter Ferrier, Helen Ewing and Daisy Prugh.
He is survived by: his wife Valjean Ferrier (Johnston); his children, William E. Ferrier (Beth) of Shelocta and Shirley J. Bills (Frank) of Shelocta; his grandsons, Christopher Bills, David Ferrier and Samuel Ferrier; his great grandchild Carmen Bills; and his sisters, Lulu Belle Shalke of West Virginia and Mary Wagner (Wayne) of Georgia.
