He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Blum and Deloris Ruth Miller; his wife Judith Marie Blum; his sister Joann Lapaglia; and his daughter Susan Lynn Blum.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Tory; his children, Theresa Fry (Breck) of Sheffield and Ronald M. Blum of Sheffield; his grandchildren, Robin Mathews, Joey Blum and Erin Fry; and his brother Arthur Blum of Erie.
