He is survived by: his children, Terry Melquist (Colleen) of Sheffield, PA, Randy Melquist of Sheffield, PA, Sherry Anderson (Steve) of Corry, PA and Michael Melquist (Paula) of Youngsville, PA.; and his grandchildren, Eric, Katie, Kelsie, Aaron and Mikayla. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
