He is survived by: his parents, Cassandra D. Kinney of Ohio and Steven Loney of Warren; his son Jasper A. Kinney; his siblings, Jordan Loney of Corry, PA, Connor Nogel of New Bethlehem, PA, Devin Kinney of Clarion, PA and Justin Scates of Tennessee; his grandparents, William and Sandy Loney of Chandlers Valley, PA.; and his aunts, Angela Kinney Titus (Dan Nogel), Melinda Gesin, Shannon Quillen (Leroy), Leigh Loney (Dennis Loney) and Deidra Loney.
