He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Mitro, Nick, Mike, Nellie, Mary, Olga, Kaye and Julia.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy Kulka (Rogers); his children, Mark Kulka (BJ) of Warren, Scott Kulka (Lorri) of Edinboro and Kristi Kulka-Leichtenberger (Jeff) of Sheffield; his grandchildren, Mark, Casey Jo, Kyle, Scott, Eric (Jenna), Kevin Basil (Allison), Chad, Brett, Ryan, Jenna, Kerryn (Saleena), Mariah (Corey) and Isaac; his stepchildren, Morgan and Tanner; his great grandchildren, Quinn, Harrison Basil, Nathan, Deacon, Ellis Basil, Lucy and Fiona; and his sisters, Jennie DiFucci, Martha Devlin and Irene Haser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
