Cook; his children, Travis Scriven, Thomas Kelley (TR) and Karen Shelatree; his siblings, Richard E. Scriven, Daniel L. Scriven (Patty), Frederick C. Scriven (Janette), Hadley, Stanley L. Scriven (Robbie), Judith S. Griffiths, Kathleen D. Campbell (Jerry) and Pamela L. Wright; and his grandchildren, Lucas Scriven, Chris, Joseph and Kolton Shelatree.
