We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 91, Philip E. Hoobler of Sheakleyville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hoobler and Rose Hoobler (Morian). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis V. Haines; his children, David P. Hoobler (Debre), LeeAnn Bowser, Neil E. Hoobler (Sherry) and John T. Hoobler (June) of Cantonment, FL.; and his siblings, Gary L. Hoobler, Glen A. Hoobler, Linda K. Packard (Samuel) of Warren, PA. and Arlene A. Hoobler. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
