She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Starcher and Audrey Starcher (Clendenin); her husband Richard L. "Dick" Bailey; her daughter Bonnie L. Bailey; her grandson Brandon Babin; and her siblings, Woodrow Starcher and Barbara Tobin.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Jo Patchen (Gregory) of Meadville, Debbie L Smith (Leslie) of Sandy Lake, Nikita Rose (Brett) and Richard L Bailey Jr. of Conneautville; her grandchildren, Hope L. Stritzinger, Anna R. Bailey, Fred J. Stritzinger, Jr., Matthew J. Powell and Tyler J. Powell; her great grandchildren, Fred J Stritzinger, III and Lincoln A Stritzinger; her sisters, Georgia Chrisman (John), Fran Lew (Robert), Debbie Bish and Diane Craine (John); and her siblings-in-law, Connie Starcher and Edward Tobin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
