He is survived by: his wife Deanna Andrews; his daughters, Tracy McCartney (Jim McLaughlin), Westminster, MD and Allison Clapper; his sisters, Jayne Jacobs (Roland) and Linda Harsh (Chester); his grandchildren, Kassi Milligan (Abe) of Concord, OH, Dr. Lindsay McCartney (Derek Sampey), Ventura and Jordan McCartney (Allison); and his son-in-law Troy McCartney.
