She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Winans and Gladys Winans; her husband Kenneth Williams; and her son Royal "Buck" Culver. She is survived by: her son Scott Culver (Caryn Oplinger).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc. (2386 PA-118, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
