He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Williams and Elva Williams; his daughter Debra Dodson; his stepson Royal "Buck" Culver; and his siblings, Donald, Dean Williams and Lois Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his son Dave Williams (Sue) of Lancaster; and his stepson Scott Culver of Sweet Valley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
