He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rice and Petronella Rice (Rutchauskas); his wife Kathleen Evans; and his sisters, Stella Lununziata, Patsy Miers and Maryann Reilly.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Wojtash (Frank); his grandsons, Frank of Plains and Zachary Wojtash of Plains; and his brother William Rice (Casey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
