He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Leapline and Irene Cromwell Leapline; his wife Nita Leapline; and his siblings, Robert, Lester, Lee Scott, Steven Leapline and Patricia Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Zita Patton of Ohio, Diana Race (Andy) of Pennsylvania, Barbara Trautman (Mark) of North Carolina, Linda Gordon (Mike) of Pennsylvania and Karis Martindale (Larry) of Pennsylvania; and his sisters, Marion Soberdash (Alfred) of Pennsylvania, Nancy Allen (Larry) of Pennsylvania, Lois Tissue of Maryland and Leslie Potter (William) of Virginia. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
