She is survived by: her significant other Raymond Jackubowski; her mother Naomi; her grandchildren, Arin Waring (Mat), Joshua Jackubowski, Anna Jackubowski, Abigail Jackubowski and Madison Jackubowski; her great grandchild Thomas Waring; her siblings, Miss Mary Jean Schultz of Kingston, Elizabeth "Betsy" Theis (Mark) of Mount Pocono, Joan Marie Hine (Jeff Lawson) of Shavertown, Kenneth Schultz (Susan) of Harding and Janet Price (Leonard) of Nuangola; and also, Michael R. Jackubowski (Michelle) of Dallas and David M. Jackubowski (Jenn) of Avoca. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, several generations of cousins and many dear friends.
