He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Reffner (Simmens) and Arden I. Reffner; his wife Mary Jane Reffner (Lazor); his son Brian E. Reffner; and his brothers, Clayton and Eugene Reffner.
He is survived by: his son William L. Reffner Jr. (Tina) of Sharon; his sister Barb Kruis of Clearfield; his grandsons, Scott Reffner (Corrin) of Clarion and Ehren Reffner of Sharpsville; and his great grandchildren, Layna and Livia Reffner.
