He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Greene and Mary Greene (Cowan); and his brother Patrick "Herky" Greene. He is survived by: his wife Delores Gagliardi; his children, Erin Carter (Kevin) of Sharpsville, Shawn Greene of Sharpsville and Thomas Greene, Jr. (Marie) of Beaver Falls, PA; his grandchildren, Zachery, Andrew, Mason, Maddox and Braxton; his siblings, Maryann Sykola (Raymond) of Sharpsville and Raymond Greene (Donna) of Hermitage; and his pet Lilly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
