She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vaccaro and Rosalia Vaccaro (DiCarlo); her husband Robert R. Garver; and her siblings, Lena Munro, Anita Gregory and Patrick Vaccaro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Mastrian (John "Chip), Carol Snyder (Jeffrey) of Lisbon, OH and Susan Riffe (Alan) of Kinsman, OH; her grandchildren, Ryan Snyder (Nikki), Benjamin Mastrian, Alicia Mastrian Heath (Alan), Kyle Snyder Stephanie (Emily) and Michael Riffe (Kailey); and her great grandchildren, Kalianna Kilpatrick, Nolan Riffe and Kyland Kilpatrick.
