He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Ramsey (Lamont) and Richard C. Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ramsey (Fleming); his children, Sunday McLaughlin (Mike) of West Middlesex, Melissa Ramsey of Hermitage, Robert M. Ramsey of Transfer and Justin S. Ramsey (Jacki) of Sharon; and his brother Donald W. Ramsey (Donna) of Jefferson Township. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
