He was predeceased by: his nephew Andrew M. Burns. He is survived by: his wife Susan "Sue" Jones; his daughters, Rachal Myers (Jeff), Pymatuning Twp and Staci Taylor (Shawn); his stepchildren, Erin Phibbs and Joseph Kuzmanko (Corrine) of Hermitage; his stepfather Charles Terpack; his brothers, Jim Burns (Renita) of Sharpsville, Jeff Burns (Dawn) of Sharpsville and Tim Terpack (Lori); and also, Steven Batemon and Rick.
