She is survived by: her husband Dan Fortuna; her children, Danielle Dacruz of Clearwater, FL, John Fortuna of Transfer, PA, Thomas Fortuna of Sharon, PA and Josh Tomczak of Hartford, OH; and her siblings, Robert O'Brien of Brookfield, OH, Mary Clarke of Sharpsville, PA and Shelia O'Brien of Dunedin, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
