We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2022, at the age of 92, Lewis H. Aber of Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, born in Hermitage, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Aber and Ina Aber (Cumrine); his sister Margaret DuBoise (Doyle); his former wife Joanne Aber (Maffei); his sons-in-law, William Darnley and Edward Banas; and his grandson Scott Darnley.
He is survived by: his former spouse Palmyra Keck (Shernisky); his children, Pamela Voisey (Lynn), Catherine Darnley of North Jackson, OH, Patricia Banas of Northeast, MD and Paul Lewis; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Murray, Valerie Rice, Emily Smith, Kali Aber, William Darnley, Mackenzie Darnley, Christopher Banas and Benjamin Banas. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and many other close family members and friends.
At Lewis's request, his body has been donated to the Humanity Gift Registry for the advancement of science.
